One common concern is the inability to reach the maximum charging current. To address this, the system automatically identifies the battery voltage and selects the most appropriate current to charge the battery safely. When the battery voltage is low (e.g., a 12V battery voltage below 11V), the system automatically charges at the maximum current to protect the battery.

Another potential issue is the LifePO4 battery not being fully charged. When the battery is fully charged, the charger has a callback function that reduces the charge by approximately 1V-2V, which is a normal phenomenon. Additionally, the charger adds a small current after the full charge to provide uninterrupted charging.

Regarding fan noise, it is normal for the charger to have a fan that generates some wind, as it helps to dissipate heat and maintain optimal operating temperatures.
